Garlic Biscuits

Ingredients

2 cups Bisquick
1/2 cup cold water
3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 cup real butter
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
2 tsp. very fine minced garlic
1 Tbsp. salt
 

Directions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.  Mix together baking mix, cold water, garlic powder, and
grated cheese.  Roll out biscuits 1 inch thick on a floured surface.  Cut biscuits with
a cutter and place onto greased baking sheet.  Melt butter with salt, garlic, and parsley flakes,
stir well.    Brush tops of biscuits lightly with butter mixture.  Bake 8-10 minutes.
When biscuit is hot out of the oven, brush tops again with melted butter mixture
(stir well first to make sure garlic and spices are mixed in)  May make extra batch of
butter mixture for a dipping sauce.
