Cheese Ball
1 Jar of Dried Beef
16 ounces. Cream Cheese
1 Tablespoon of Garlic or season to taste
1/2 Cups Chopped Green Onions
1/3 Cups of Pecans Chopped Fine (set aside)

Mix all together till smooth, then form a ball. 
Roll in pecans and wrap with wax paper and refrigerate till firm.

Makes a wonderful spread
