Chicken Lasagna
Ingredients
8 oz. curly
lasagna uncooked
1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of chicken soup
1 (10 3/4 ) can of cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup hot water
1/3 cup finely chopped onion
1 tsp. tarragon leaves
1/2 tsp. chicken bouillon
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup sour cream
1 (15 oz) ricotta
1 egg., beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
3 cup chopped chicken or turkey, cooked
2 (10 oz) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
2 cups shredded American Cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
Cook lasagna till
al dente. In medium pan, mix soups, water, onion, tarragon,
bouillon,
seasoned salt and pepper: heat through. Blend in sour cream.
Remove from heat. In
medium bowl, blend ricotta, egg and salt. In a 9x13" pan, layer 1/3
each lasagna, chicken,
spinach, ricotta mixture, soup mixture and cheeses. Repeat layers.
Cover. Bake in
375 degree oven till hot, about 45-50 minutes. Uncover, bake 10
minutes longer. Let
stand 5 minutes before cutting.
