Ice Cream Dessert

Ingredients

1 cup butter or margarine
1 cup brown sugar
2 cups crushed rice cereal
1 cup nuts
1 cup coconut
1/2 gal. ice cream


Instructions
Melt butter and brown sugar together.  Remove from heat.  Add cereal, nuts and
coconut.  Mix thoroughly.  Pour crumbs in a 9x13" cake pan, reserving a few for
topping.  Press crumbs down gently.  Slice ice cream and place over crumbs,
working ice cream until a solid layer covers the crumbs.  Top with the rest of
crumbs.  Cover.  Keep in freezer until ready to serve.  Cut into squares.
