Bacon Cheddar Puffs
Ingredients
1 cup milk
4 T. margarine cut into small pieces
1 cup flour
4 eggs
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese - shredded
8 slices of bacon cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Heat oven to 350 F. Bring milk and margarine to boil
over medium heat, add flour
all at once, stiffing constantly until the mixture forms a ball and leaves
the
side of the pan. Remove from the heat, add the eggs one at a time,
stirring
constantly, until the mixture is smooth. Add the remaining
ingredients, drop by
teaspoonfuls on a greased foiled lined cookie sheet. Bake 25 minutes
or until
puffed and golden brown.
