Saltine Cookies

Line a lipped cookie sheet with aluminum foil -- lip and all.
Lay saltine crackers in the cookie sheet, so the bottom is completely
covered.  (Not  the unsalted ones -- just regular Saltines)

Boil 1 cup brown sugar and 1 cup butter (not margarine) on stove top
for 3 minutes stirring constantly.  Pour over saltines and bake in
400 degree oven for 5 minutes.  Remove from oven and immediately
sprinkle 12 oz. bay of chocolate chips over the top -- spread as it melts.
Score lightly and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.  Pull off aluminum foil,
break cookies apart, and enjoy.

You do not need to refrigerate again.
