  Coat bell with metal primer inside and outside.
  When dry, spray with black paint where primed.
  Paint white front of penguin using about 4 coats to cover thoroughly.
  Make black dots for eyes. Blush chalk on cheeks. Paint beak orange.
  Seal with about 4 coats of spray sealer to prevent scratches.
  Make small bow out of red ribbon and glue on at neck area.
  Make hole in top of bell, a little bigger if necessary and insert rat tail loop for hanger.

  When storing, wrap in tissue to keep from scratching.
